You’re invited to come savor everything Downtown Delaware has to offer during two Main Street Delaware can’t-miss February events.
Feb. 7 First Friday, Downtown Recipe Tour: Join us for this unique opportunity to gather favorite recipes from some of our downtown businesses! Stop by the Delaware Welcome Center, 20 E. William St., on First Friday to receive a binder ring and a list of businesses providing recipe cards. Each month’s First Friday runs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Feb. 8 Chocolate Walk: Tickets are available now for Main Street Delaware’s annual “Chocolate Walk,” which entitles ticket holders to collect sweet treats from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, at participating downtown Delaware locations.
Only 225 tickets are available for the event, which sells out every year. Pre-sale Chocolate Walk tickets are $25 each and are available online at www.mainstreetdelaware.com/
Day-of tickets, if any remain, are $30 and will be available beginning at noon on Feb. 8 at the Welcome Center, where ticket purchasers check in for a list of participating locations and goody bags to help carry treats that don’t get eaten right away. Registration wraps up at 5 p.m. but you have until 6 p.m. to collect your sweet treats!
